All
Freights excluding letters are accepted for transport by air, road, rail and
water entirely at the risk and the responsibility of the consigner.

All
claims regarding the consignment will be settled at booking centre only
subject to the rules, regulations and conditions of carriage of company.

We
are not responsible for damage or late delivery due to fire, accident,
riots, strikes, flood and other natural calamities.

No
claim will be accepted after 30 days of booking.

The
company will not be liable for any loss or damage in case Plane, Train,
Steamer is crashed, damaged or burnt.

The
company will not be liable for any article sent by the consignor which is
prohibited by the law of carriage i.e. Currency, Jewellery, Diamonds,
Prohibited drugs etc.

We
are not responsible for loss or damage due to improper packing.

The
maximum liability of the company is the value of goods declared by yourself
at the time of booking. In case no value is declared the maximum liability
of the company will be Rs. 100/-
-
We
do not accept Cash, Bearer Cheques, Demand Drafts and Share
Certificates to carry.
